Meet Brian
With over a decade of leadership in public administration, infrastructure management, and technology systems, Brian has a reputation for driving innovation, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. As President of the Board of Directors for the Eastern Idaho Regional Sewer District (EIRSD), Brian has modernized wastewater infrastructure, secured funding through revenue bonds, and ensured regulatory compliance, advancing sustainable growth and development.
As Information Systems Manager for Bonneville County, Brian has implemented and modernized public-facing software systems, leveraging expertise in Tyler Technology platforms and cloud-based solutions. His commitment to data transparency has streamlined operations and enhanced public access to information.
During Brian’s 12 years as a City Council Member and President in Ammon, Idaho, he was instrumental in the development of the city’s fiber optic infrastructure, positioning Ammon as a leader in municipal broadband. Brian also played a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, and prioritizing funding for public works and public safety initiatives. His career reflects dedication to community-centered governance, technological advancement, and sustainable development.

Meet Andrew
Andrew Dahle is the Vice President of Business Development at Datum Insights, bringing over a decade of experience of business innovation and growth. His expertise encompasses technology, sales, marketing, and customer experience.
Andrew earned both a bachelor’s in business management and a master’s in business administration from Brigham Young University-Idaho and Northwest Nazarene University, respectively. Beyond his professional endeavors, Andrew is active in serving his community. He volunteers at his local church in the youth group program and has served as president of the HOA in his neighborhood.
Above everything else, Andrew is blessed with a loving wife and four wonderful children.

As Vice President of Finance at Datum Insights, Tyler Moss plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and ensuring fiscal sustainability. With over a decade of experience in finance leadership, he has a proven track record of optimizing financial performance, implementing robust controls, and enhancing profitability. Tyler holds a Masters in Accounting, providing them with a strong foundation in both technical and strategic aspects of finance. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys time outdoors with his wife and four children, and volunteering in the community mentoring young professionals, making a meaningful impact in both professional and personal spheres.
